Units cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. * If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase date. * Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong and/or defective unit. PLEASE NOTE: ALL UNITS are carefully inspected by our team of experts before shipping out. ***Please make sure that you read the details of this product in its entirety before placing an order, due to the no exchange or refund policy. Shipping PolicyShipping Policy: Please allow 14-21 business days AFTER the processing time for your order to be fulfilled. Processing time is 5-7 days. Business days DO NOT include weekends. The reason for orders to be fulfilled is because each unit is customized. SHIPPING TIME Shipping time occurs after the fulfillment period has finished. * (United States) 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail * (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail * This time does not include the processing period * EXPECT DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS & HOLIDAYS! To ensure that your package is professionally delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Luxury Manes by STEFFIE, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. We will NOT ship to PO Boxes. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Luxury Manes by STEFFIE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credit for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
